INTRODUCTION

CAREGIVER ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD

Caregiver Academy International offers online and classroom based caregiver solutions. We offer International Caregiver Certification Courses Accredited by Oxbridge Institute of Professional Development-UK (OIPD) and Cambridge Global of Learning-UK (CGL). The programs are specifically developed to prepare the student to be Health or Personal Care Aides while developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of Caregiving in accordance with industry standards. It consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide care and supports to elderly people, provide care and supports to children, foster with special needs, maintain and healthy and safe environment, and respond to emergency, cleanliness of the facility and meal preparation base on dietician advice for home care agency workers, home health, assisted livings and governmental agencies.

Courses will be conducted in accordance with the Guidelines of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). In addition to developing knowledge, skills and attitudes in Care Giving, this program aims to help students acquire role specific knowledge and skills in handling Patients with ailments requiring higher skill, knowledge & Empathy levels. These ailments include Cancer, Dementia, Alzheimer, Stroke and etc. The students will be trained after their certification for these specialized roles based on their choices.

Objectives:

To train, educate and certify students to be skilled health professional care aides while developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of Caregiving in accordance with industry standards and method set the demands, expectations and responsibilities of being a caregiver.

To take up these intensive Computer and English Speaking Courses to gain eligibility to enroll American Caregiver Certificate Course in our academy.
